Return Policy:
All refunds and exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. Any unclaimed packages will not be resent on our expense. Be sure to give a valid address when ordering, and make sure you are availible to claim your package or package will be at your local poastal office for 5 working days before being returned. All packages must be signed for. We will not resend orders returned due to being unclaimed by customers.
